Hi, I'm Angela Fessler, LCSW/CSAC and the founder of Clear Perspective Clinical Services.

I provide telehealth psychotherapy to adults throughout Wisconsin. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual's unique needs, with a focus on helping clients develop practical strategies to improve emotional well-being and overall functioning.

Throughout my career, I have worked with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment-related challenges, and co-occurring substance use disorders. My professional experience includes outpatient behavioral health, crisis services, and reentry programming for individuals involved in the criminal justice system. These roles have provided me with extensive experience supporting individuals navigating complex life circumstances and significant transitions.

A particular area of interest is working with adults whose mental health has been affected by chronic medical conditions, pain, illness, or other health-related concerns. I recognize the strong connection between physical and emotional health and strive to help clients manage the psychological impact of medical diagnoses, treatment, lifestyle changes, and ongoing stress while improving quality of life.

I believe effective care extends beyond the therapy session. When appropriate and with a client's consent, I collaborate with primary care providers, medical specialists, medication prescribers, probation or parole professionals, treatment programs, and other community resources to promote coordinated, comprehensive care. When additional services are needed, I assist clients with referrals to appropriate community supports.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in respect, authenticity, and clinical expertise. I strive to provide a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward meaningful and lasting change.

Whether you are managing anxiety, depression, stress, the impact of a medical condition, recovery from substance use, or a major life transition, I look forward to partnering with you to help you gain clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward your goals.
